Vendor Readiness — Every Line, With Its Real Status

Most courier vendors send a resume and let the credentialing office discover the gaps. This is the whole matrix up front, with each line marked HELD, ON AWARD or STANDING PRACTICE — so your team can score us without a single follow-up email.

Individual Credentials

Bloodborne Pathogens and HIPAA training certificates, renewed annually, and the CCAP Cyber Security Awareness certificate (two-year), in their original issued format — not a retyped summary. Motor vehicle record furnished directly from the state on request.

Handling & Chain of Custody

Ambient, refrigerated and frozen transport with dry-ice capability. Category B biological substances carried to UN 3373 triple-packaging practice. Documented hand-off at every transfer, reconciled against a signed manifest or your portal export — whichever your team designates as the source of truth at onboarding.

STANDING PRACTICE

Spill Response & Incident Reporting

Biohazard spill kit and PPE carried on every run. Any deviation — delay, temperature excursion, damaged container, missed window — is reported to your designated contact the same day, in writing, with the corrective action taken. You hear it from us before you hear it from your lab.

STANDING PRACTICE

One Named Custodian

The same operator runs your route — not a rotating pool from a driver app. Chain of custody with a single named custodian is shorter to audit and harder to break. Where a run cannot be covered, you are told in advance with a named alternative, never discovered by an empty dock.

W-9 and EIN under Futron Industries Inc., with Futron Logistics as the operating DBA. Furnished on first request, before onboarding paperwork begins.

Insurance & Certificate

Commercial auto, general liability and cargo coverage bound at the limits your agreement specifies, with the certificate issued naming your organisation as additional insured. Bound on award and evidenced before the first run — the sequence your contracting team already expects, stated plainly rather than implied.

Screening & Health File

Background check, ten-panel screening, TB screening and immunisation records completed to your standard and submitted through your system of record — so the results arrive in the format your file requires, not one we chose.

Credentialing Platforms

Registration completed in your system of record — symplr, GHX Vendormate, HealthTrust VPro or equivalent — once an engagement is agreed, at our cost.

How We Price

Per-stop, per-mile, day rate or hybrid, chosen to fit your route density. Weekly fixed fees are prorated to the days actually assigned — you are not billed for unassigned days. Wait time is billable only past an agreed threshold. Tolls, parking, dry ice and specialty packaging are passed through at cost with receipts, never marked up. Counts reconcile against your designated source of truth, with a defined dispute window.
